Founded in 2011, Trajectory leverages its multiplatform experience in eBook and app development to provide engaging experiences for the mobile consumer. Headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts with offices in San Francisco, California. Trajectory, Inc. specializes in desktop, mobile and tablet eBook and casual game development.

Q: Where can I find Trajectory products?
A: Trajectory products are available at most popular digital marketplaces, including the NOOK Store®, Amazon Marketplace®, Apple App Store® and iBooks®, Google Play® and Kobo Store®
Q: Is it possible to preview Trajectory content before purchasing it?
A: Our online product catalog provides complete details about the content of each product including screenshots, video previews and more. Furthermore, we provide samples of our eBooks and Apps on each of our distribution partner platforms
Q: Can I share Apps and eBooks between devices?
A: Yes. You can easily access all your purchases from one distributor through their marketplace on the corresponding device, or access your eBook purchases cross-platform through supporting reader apps (i.e. if you buy an ebook through Barnes and Noble's Nook Store, you can access that purchase from any Nook you own, or on any other device through the Nook Reading App)
Q: Can I share Apps and eBooks between people?
A: Yes, however different providers have different lending programs. To find out more information on how to lend and borrow eBooks, check out your distributor's website

Q: How do I find the size of an ebook or application?
A: Visit the product page in the Catalog for the title or app that you are interested in
iOS
Q: The iOS app I just purchased did not automatically download to iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch – what do I do?
A: To install manually on your device, open App Store > Updates > Purchased > Locate the app and tap the cloud icon to install
Q: What if there is no sound on my iPad?
A: Double tap the home button. A menu of recently used apps will appear at the bottom of your screen. Swipe that menu from left to right, and another menu will appear that has a speaker icon. Tap this icon to disable mute

Q: What do I do if I have made an app purchase and downloaded it but each time I run the app it tells me I do not have a license?
A: Restart your device and try again. Sometimes it can take up to 3 days for your device to recognize purchase. Please be patient, but feel free to contact us if you have any questions
Q: After a successful purchase and download, app will not install - what do I do?
A: Go back into the Android Marketplace you used to purchased from > My Apps > Locate the app and install from here
